What follows is to prevent unneeded pain for those who will them

faithfully maintain.

Do not create mura or muri while

eliminating muda.

Do not decide without going and seeing.

Do not complicate beyond required.

Do not oversell benefit and/or undersell effort.

Do not overlook having proper employee

involvement.

Do not discourage or ignore problems.

Do not under resource the effort.

Do not conduct training without doing.

Do not forget to recognize effort and progress.

Do not implement without a maintenance plan.

Do not answer, question.

Do not tell, teach.

Do not get discouraged.

Do not embarrass others.
