practices
Stubble cultivation is a key stage in intercropping. KUHN's Cultimer rangeprovides a solution for every situation:
• Versatility, with 350 mm fins forsuperficial work and 80 mm tines forin-depth work
• Mixing, both intensive and optimalwith the tine/deflector pair
• Clearance, significant under theframe for working in areas wherethere are large quantities of plantdebris
• Safety, with a double spring pro-tecting the equipment for constant efficiency
• Compaction, with the different rollers available
• Adjustment, working depth is easilyadjusted by positioning a pin
Choosing a Cultimer is ensuring high-quality work with a simple, robust, effective tool. One passage and twooperations for optimal use.

Versatility and efficiency
Deep stubble cultivationto break up the ground
- The 80 mm wide tines allow working thesoil as deep as 30 cm, in one or two passages if necessary, depending on thetype of soil.
- Safety through the double spring provides deep penetration capacity, prevents tine slippage and protects theframe.
Significant under-beamclearance to cope withany conditions
- The clearance under the frame (840 mm) means you can workeven where there are dense plantresidues.
- The spacing of tines on each rowand between rows reduces the riskof clogging.
The mounted range owes its versatility to the different widths available, adapting to medium and high-power tractors. The Cultimer is used for intensive, effective stubble ploughing, whether superficial or deep. It adapts to every farm'sconditions: active mixing of plant residues, necessary soil loosening, straw breaking down...

Superficial cultivation for optimal mixing
- The incurved 1 shape of the tines promotes soil-residue mixing.
- The deflector 2 increases the soil turning effect and facilitates the evacuation and distribution of resi-dues.
- Movable blades 3 mean that thewhole surface of the soil is tilled during superficial stubble cultivation.

Design with 3 rows oftinesThe tine / disc and roller combinationperforms the following in a single passage:- breakage and crumbling;- intensive mixing;- surface levelling;- soil tamping
Action on the soil and residues:- Mixes crop residues with the soil to activate decomposition.- Reduces the length of stubble- Destroys plant cover in a single passage
Safety and penetration capacity
The large cross-section double spring prevents anyaccidental slipping.- The spring's attachment point on the tine generatesslight rotation of axes.
- The tine attachment bracket provides a significantarea of contact with the frame.
Safety during transport
- Folding models fold to 3 m for transport in perfect safety.
- Disc retraction is provided on fixedmodels

CULTIMER
Versatility for large farms
The trailed Cultimer is designed to provide high work output without sacrificing the quality of work. Available in 6.5 mand 8 m widths, this version has 4 rows of tines for more efficient work. Also assembled on the principle of large under-beam clearance and incurved tines, the trailed Cultimer gets the most ofout of high-power traction for maximum daily yield.
Hitch on lifting arms (category 3 and 4)
For optimal control of working depth- Easy to manoeuvre at the end of the field with its small turning radius- The double articulation means that it follows ground unevenness more closely
TRaILED 6500 / 8000
Design with 4 rows of tines• More space between tines (1240 mm)• Better circulation of debris under the frame• Better mixing quality, even in areas where
there are large quantities of plant debris

Front gauge wheels
The wheels (11.5/80-15) improve theworking depth evenness on the extensions. The wheels are easily adjusted usingmechanical ties..
Simple adjustment easyto access (5 to 30 cm)
- Working depth is controlled by the roller.- The working depth of the tines is adjustedby means of pins.
- The roller and levelling discs are adjustedin a single operation.
Folding for transport
Folding brings the machine's width downto 3 m for transport, to remain in compliance with legislation and be able tocirculate on narrow roads..
