• Shoring steel delivery will be done early next week.• Wood fence installation along Santa Teresa is on going.• Mobilization of shoring equipment (including large crane) will start next Monday and driving shoring steel will follow.

• Exterior demolition and recycling has been completed.• Clay roofing tile removal continues through 9/19.• Renovation mock-ups are pending.

• Panama will be partially blocked for utility work thru 9/12.• To promote traffic safety, utility work will begin at 6 am.• One way traffic will be enforced along Panama Mall.• Site safety and signage implementation plans are underway.
