Tasks are weighted as follows:

Nine Weeks Exam 25%

+Accelerated Reader

Students must read at least one (1) non-fiction AND one (1) fiction book.

Books MUST BE a 4.0 book level or above AND within your child’s reading range.

Students must earn 14 AR points or more per each 9-weeks period.

1st 9-weeks deadline: October 13.

Students will receive a detention for not having any of these supplies.

+Canvas

Canvas is the website where students will upload homework and classwork, and take timed assessments.

The login for Canvas is the same as the login for their Macbook.

Canvas can be accessed from ANY computer, so parents can view progress at all times.

A green check means an assignment has been submitted; a red x means an assignment project has not.

check grades online. I should have them updated by Tuesday of each week.
