Total number of palm trees inside the Kingdom is 28,570,704. Saudi Palm trees distinguish by producing about 400 types of dates.

In 2016, Saudi Arabia exported about 129,186 tons of dates.

The total production of dates in Saudi Arabia reaches up to 1.1 million tones.

Agricultural area of Palm inside Saudi Arabia hits about 1073 square kilometers.

Dates International Conference is going to be held in 25-26 Rajab 1439H/

11th-12th of April 2018 at The Ritz-Carleton Hotel in Riyadh. The conference

aims to demonstrate major investment opportunities of this sector in

presence of decision makers and businesspersons. It confirms the impor-

tance of Saudi Arabia as the most important country in producing dates.
