Postsecondary Success Tips for Academic Planning: ES – Engage students in a discussion about their interest and assist them in setting an academic
goal. MS – Assist students with creating an annual SMART goal that will support their postsecondary
dream. HS – Empower students to take ownership of their academic success by setting personal and
academic goals, learning to read a transcript, and verifying the alignment of their graduation and postsecondary plans.
